1. Scope

This policy describes information collected through the Sentraeus360 marketing website, a product of Axeleos, Inc. It does not replace a customer agreement, business associate agreement, or privacy terms governing data within the Sentraeus360 platform. Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive records through the demo form.

2. Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, practice name, and practice size. The request also includes your IP address, browser user-agent, device/platform information, browser language, time zone, screen size, referring page, page URL, and submission time. A hidden form field helps detect automated submissions; submissions flagged by that field are discarded rather than emailed.

3. How we use demo requests

Demo requests are emailed to the Axeleos team to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demonstration, understand your practice’s needs, and follow up about Sentraeus360. Technical information helps troubleshoot form problems and identify abuse. Your email is used as the reply address. We do not need patient data to arrange a demo.

4. Google Tag Manager and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load tracking tags and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page activity, traffic sources, and engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and process device, browser, and network information. Google Tag Manager manages the tags; the tags it loads determine what information is collected. Demo form field values are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics by the form.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by providers that operate our website, deliver email, and provide analytics, including Google. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and the security of our services. We do not sell demo request contact information.

We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email channel, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your demo inquiry information, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications. Rights may vary by location, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
