1. Website terms
These terms cover the Sentraeus360 marketing website operated by Axeleos, Inc. They are not a substitute for an executed customer agreement. Subscriptions, platform access, data processing, service commitments, and business associate obligations are governed by the agreements signed with each customer.
2. Permitted use
You may use this website to learn about Sentraeus360 and contact us for a demonstration. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent inquiries, or use it to distribute malicious content. Do not submit protected health information through the demo form.
3. Demo requests
Submitting the form requests a conversation; it does not create a subscription, establish a business associate relationship, or guarantee a meeting time. Provide accurate business contact information. Axeleos may contact you about your inquiry. Information submitted through the form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Pricing and subscriptions
The website describes one plan at $599 per month with all listed capabilities included, a month-to-month option, and a two-month discount for an annual plan. A separate customer agreement will confirm billing, taxes if applicable, cancellation, renewal, and any managed services. A demo request does not charge you or enroll you in a plan.
5. Security and compliance information
Website content is general product information, not legal advice. Security monitoring and compliance tools support a practice’s program; they do not eliminate every threat or guarantee compliance, an audit outcome, or immunity from enforcement. Each organization remains responsible for its obligations and for acting on identified risks with its advisers and IT providers.
6. Intellectual property and external links
Website content, branding, and related materials belong to Axeleos or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or misrepresent them without permission, except as allowed by law. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
